Yoga Routine

 

We know that many children benefit from having a consistent daily routine, which can sometimes be hard to keep up during the school holidays. Bring back some structure into your child’s day with these 3 simple tools to increase happiness and fun!

1. Start your day with an Om- send out love and positive thoughts; send them to yourself, everyone around you, and then anywhere you choose!

2. Afternoon energy boost- put on your favourite song and move your body, get rid of tension and feel more energised!


3. Bedtime yoga flow- choose your favourite poses and create a powerful flow to help you relax and get you ready for a restful sleep.
