Yoga and Yann – 2 Y’s that go together!

This week’s guest blog is brought to us by Yann, a Mini Me Yogi from Co. Kerry, Ireland!

I started yoga when I was about 12 and I have been doing it since. I try to do yoga at least once a week, preferably in the morning. Why? Because it helps me to relax and de-stress. It’s good exercise for the body and mind.

I use Mini Me Yoga cards to follow postures. I always feel strong, happy and confident after yoga. My favourite pose is the Warrior Pose! I breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth, long slow breaths and I also do belly breathing, sometimes to music.

At the end of a yoga session, I enjoy meditation and relaxing with my eyes closed. I give Mini Me Yoga 10 out of 10!
