Here at Mini Me Yoga HQ in London, we are getting ready to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. The flags are up, party preparations are well underway, and JOY is in the air! What better way to celebrate like a KING or QUEEN, than with a royal yoga pose!
King Dancer Pose, or ‘Natarajasana’ in Sankskit, provides a whole body stretch, strengthens the core, and promotes mind and body awareness. Make it more fun by placing a crown on your head (you can use a paper crown or just imagine) before practicing the pose! Take a deep breath and celebrate your ROYALTY!
