Join us for a 60 minute training in breathing techniques that can support wellbeing! Easy to learn and use in your daily routine, educational setting, and as coping strategies.

Training sessions are currently being held online, delivered LIVE by one of our Mini Me Yoga Ambassadors. Our Breath training is CPD accredited and comes complete with A3 Poster and pack of 5x A4 Breath Training Cards, sent directly to your home or setting. You will also receive a training manual and CPD certificate.

Cost is per person. Groups bookings maybe eligible for further discounts. Please contact us. Our trainings are covered under the sports premium funding, email us for more information.
Please note that face to face trainings are organised based on the area and number of participants attending. Any requests for an onsite visit, will require a min of 10 participants. We will do our best to have workshops happening close to you area which you may travel to should there be less that 10.
