What is a MMY Ambassador?

Putting it simply, someone who brings JOY to children and adults alike!

Are you passionate about empowering both children and adults to support their wellbeing?

Would you like to have a business that is flexible and can be fitted around your other commitments?

Would you like to join a global supportive family on a mission to reach as many children as possible giving them tools and techniques to build confidence, self-esteem creating happy, healthy children?

If so, why not train with us! Not only do we have CPD accredited courses but also, the Royal stamp of approval as 2021 we gained the Princess Royal Training Award for excellence in training and development.

Training consists of fun, practical elements alongside theory, knowledge and top tips so that you feel confident delivering our program within your local community.

Once you have completed your training, you will be able to run children’s classes and train other adults in the MMY workshops.

What training will you receive?

Foundation level Workshops –

Learn our 7 step programme, that teaches the physical and emotional benefits of wellbeing and Yoga tools. As an ambassador, you will not only be able to deliver children classes but also deliver to the programme to adults, whether that is a local workshop, in a nursery or school setting.

Explorer level Workshops – This is the intermediate programme that we offer to attendees once they have completed their foundation. It builds upon the 7 step programme by introducing props, music and themed sessions linking to targets within the curriculum and developing the yoga skills, teaching 14 new poses!

Meditation Workshops – Learn active meditation for any age group. The benefits of meditation can be huge: Enhanced focus, fostering compassion and increased self-esteem, boosts confidence and builds empathy with peers. Tween Workshops – Learn our Mini Me Yoga program created for KS2 & KS3. Introduce yoga, calming and relaxation techniques to young adults supporting their wellbeing. Through this program build confidence, self-esteem, self-love and more!

Then train in our Mini Trainings to add to your Ambassador offerings:

Our Ambassador Training received the Royal seal of approval in 2021. Winning the prestige Princess Royal Training Awards was a huge boost for Mini Me Yoga in such a difficult time. We are committed to our mission and are always seeking ways to improve. There is no stone unturned when going through this award process and the result is that Mini Me Yoga has never been so in demand.

We understand that the quality of our ambassadors means we reach more children by training teachers and parents to aid in mental and emotional wellbeing whilst having lots of fun!
