Mindful Bubbles

Focusing our attention on the breath is one of the quickest ways to help the mind and body feel calm. Why not enjoy a moment of mindfulness and have some fun at the same time?!

For this activity, you can either use some real bubbles or just your imagination. Or, maybe try both for some extra fun!

Think about how softly you need to blow to get a nice big bubble.

If you practise this technique using real bubbles, notice what happens when your keep your breath slow and steady.

How big can the bubble get?

If you blow too hard or too fast, the bubble might pop!

If you are using your imagination, just pretend you are blowing bubbles.

Take a deep breath in, and breathe out slowly through the mouth, blowing your bubble, soft and long.

Enjoy!
