7 Steps Programme
1. Opening the circle: Sit Cross-Legged (2 minutes)
- Make a circle sitting cross-legged.
- Say hi to one another, give each other a wave and make sure you get eye contact.
- Fill your hearts with love, then send it out by Ohmmmm to: family,
nature/animals and the local community.
2. Breathing (3 minutes)

- Hands on eyes, hands on throat, hands on heart.
