Flower Breath

For this activity you can either use a real flower, an artificial one, or even use your imagination, thinking of your favourite flower in your mind.

Hold the flower in front of your nose and as you breathe in, smell the beautiful scent. Breathe out slowly through your nose.

What does your flower smell like? Can you describe it?

Do you like the smell?

How does it make you feel?

Does it make your nose tickle?

Enjoy this mindful moment.
