Breathe and Sigh

This is a great technique to use when you’re are feeling sad or disappointed. Maybe something hasn’t quite gone to plan, or something special to you has been lost or broken. Sometimes we can’t fix things or make things better, but we can always take a deep breath in and sigh it out.

Give it a try

Is there something that might be making you feel sad or disappointed? If so, hold it in your mind.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

When you’re ready, make a loud sigh out through your mouth, dropping your chest and shoulders as you release the breath fully.

Repeat this 3 times and allow yourself to let go.
