Breathe and Giggle

Our belly breathing is the very best game to play for both children and adults as we return to school!

Take a toy

Place it onto the belly

Take a big breath in, as the air fills your belly it will get bigger

Then as your breathe out, the air leaves the belly and it will get smaller

Repeat this as many times as you like

Belly breathing is calming, it can be done at anytime and everyone can do it!!

Or why not try our giggle breath card?!

Take a deep breath in

As you breathe out… Giggle!!

Laughing is also a wonderful way to release any worry or stress
