“Be the best you can be”
“It doesn’t matter if you’re at university, school or even nursery, it’s never too late and you’re never too young to learn about taking care of yourself mentally and physically”.

Our CEO Ashley Costello has worked with children and adolescents for over 20 years. She campaigns to get well-being at the top of every curriculum in Education.
The CEO of Mini Me Yoga Ashley Costello, has just been chosen to do a TedX talk in her local town Northwich, Cheshire. The theme is “be the best you can be”. Ashley, being passionate about children and teachers, has chosen to focus on Education.
“It is a lot of hard work. We meet, or have a coaching call, every week. Our professional speaker coach Catherine Sandland, is amazing. When I originally practiced mine in front of the others- Wellbeing the 4th R in Education– everyone was so supportive. I had booked my feedback slot with Catherine the next day and the first thing I said was ‘I don’t want to be boring, this is my chance to be an advocate, I need to play BIG!’ Catherine was completely behind the decision to change my talk. Sam Newey is the local organiser who has worked tirelessly to get TedX in Northwich. There are very strict rules, and it is a lot of hard work, but how fantastic for the local area to host such a brilliant event!?”

Ashley is speaking at the end of June and is very secretive about her topic, however she has given the controversial title of “Education is broken”. We can’t wait to see the finished product!
