I caught up with two 4 year olds who were happy to answer some questions about the ‘best’ things in life.

What’s the best thing about Summer? Maya: “Flowers because they have petals” James: “Sprinklers, you must be very quick to run under them”

What’s the best thing about Winter? Maya: “White snow” James: “Building a snowman”

What’s the best thing about Spring? Maya: “Flowers” James: “Swimming”

What’s the best thing about Autumn? Maya: “Flowers” James: “Jumping in crunchy leaves”

What’s the best thing about going to Creche? Maya: “Singing songs” James: “Doing work”

What’s the best thing about Morning time? Maya: “Playing” James: “Cereal”

What’s the best thing about Night time? Maya: “Bedtime stories” James: “Hugs”

What’s the best thing about Holiday’s? Maya: “Going on an aeroplane” James: “Yes, going places on an aeroplane”

What’s the best thing about friends? Maya: “They are beautiful” James: “Playing and helping because friends are good at helping”

What’s the best thing about our world? Maya: “The animals” James: “Painting”

What’s the best thing about you? Maya: “My dresses” James: “Climbing reading and stretching. I can stretch so far”.

Clair-Louise is a trained Montessori Teacher, a registered Children’s Yoga teacher and  trained in India for a 200 hour teaching certificate in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. For the past seven years she has lived and worked in Luxembourg offering Yoga to children, adults and families. Most recently, Clair graduated from university with a degree in ‘Drug and alcohol addiction therapy’ and now uses yoga and mindfulness in her work as a holistic therapist.
